How it works
We find the flights that bring you to your stay, and email you a price within minutes.
Each plan puts a different amount of coverage on your rescue card. Pay by card, and you're done. A test payment card is provided in the email.
We watch your flights in from 24 hours before departure. Cancelled, a missed connection, or so late you'd land after 06:00 the day after check-in? Your rescue card arrives within minutes.
Your night is covered. Book a room for the night, at your hotel or any other, yourself.
Not a refund weeks later. Money to spend right then, with nothing to claim.

Help keeping your stay. If a flight to it is cancelled, you miss a connection, or you'd land after 06:00 the day after check-in, we send you a single-use pre-loaded rescue card for a night's stay. It works for 72 hours, for one purchase, at your hotel or any other. It is never paid out as cash. There's nothing to fill in and no receipts to send. A flight diverted to another airport isn't covered.
Ask the airline for any refund or compensation it owes you, as you normally would. The rescue card comes on top of that.
It's for one purchase and is never paid out as cash. If you top it up, its own money is spent first, and any top-up left over after your purchase, or when the card expires, goes back to the card you paid with.
It depends on how likely your flights in are to be disrupted on your travel date, and on the price of a night of your stay. Forward your booking to see your price; there's no obligation to buy.
At least 48 hours before your first flight. Your price stays valid for 12 hours. After that, forward the booking again for a new price.

We send you a link to your rescue card on WhatsApp and by email as soon as we confirm what happened to your flight. Use it to book a night at your hotel or any other. If the room costs more than the rescue card holds, you can pay the difference yourself.
Confirmation or e-ticket emails for the flights that bring you to your stay, booked with any airline or travel agency. You need to live in a country where we can issue your pre-loaded rescue card. If we can't price a booking, we'll email you to say why.
